Site Safety

National Safety Resource Center has a full staff of qualifited site safety coordinators available to keep your site running safely. Our site safety coordinators do more than watch over your employees and contractors. They work with your site supervisors, employees, and contractors to enforce site safety requirements and procedures.


Site Safety

  • Enforce safety policies of the owner and/or construction manager
  • Set up and maintain project safety files
  • Track contractors' safety paperwork
  • Conduct and track weekly toolbos talks
  • Conduct site orientations


Safety Audits and Reports

  • Conduct weekly safety audits and submit safety reports
  • Safety reports include detailed information on safety violations and hazards observed, abatement procedures, safe work practices, and contractor safety progress


Training

  • Safety training for employees and/or contractors who have not had previous training when performing a specific taks or using certain equipment
  • Retraining for employees and/or contractors who have been observed with repeated violations of specific tasks or using certain equipment
  • Retraining for employees and/or contractors whose previous certifications have expired


Accident Investigation

  • In the event of an accident, an investigation will be conducted to identify root cause, develop corrective actions and create a lessons-learned.
  • After an accident, a safety stand-down will be done prior to commencing work
  • If necessary, retraining will be provided.
