OSHA

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) was created in 1970 to assure safe and healthful working conditions. OSHA has hundreds of safety standards employers must adhere to. To ensure employers are compliant, federal and safety agents conduct inspections. Following these inspections, citations are often issued for noncompliance of safety standards.

On average, over 70,000 federal and state inspections are conducted nationwide each year; the number of violations is almost double. For some companies, the fines that accompany citations can be devasting.

If OSHA has visited your site and issued citations against your company, we can help.

National Safety Resource Center is fully knowledgeable on OSHA regulations and standards. Our President, Chris Streb, has served as an expert witness in several arbitrations and court cases. We offer consultation and representation for companies who have been issued citations and/or fines. We have consistently reduced fines and eliminated citations for our clients.

It's not just about how much you pay OSHA, it's having a clean record with OSHA that's important to your company and your prospective clients.
